A healthcare center has approximately 35 deliveries per month, located in Beeville, Texas, now is requiring Labor and Delivery Nursing Manager, working as regular full time employment.
Please fill the requirements for this job:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; Master's preferred
- Minimum five years clinical management experience
- You must have current license within the state of practice
- You are a member in professional organization
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for 24 hour delivery of quality patient care
- Planning, prioritizing, organizing, directing and meeting the daily needs and demands of patients and staff on assigned nursing units
- Arrange for assignment patient care responsibilities to staff based on patient's acuity and skill needs
- Knowledge of human resource management to effectively manage and communicate with staff
- Responsible for effective utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of financial, supply and staff resources
- Maintains fiscal control within prescribed limits
